Not really.
The browser opens multiple connections, and whatever comes down first shows
up first.
Now you could really work at it, and force one page to be downloaded after
another, but there's also the issue of the browser rendering what it gets.
If the first frame to reach the browser has a complex table, but the second
is just a line of text, the second one will still "appear" first.
So in a general sense, no you can't do that.
For your particular application, you may be able to be pretty sure that
browsers will generally display one frame before the other -- Keep the frame
you want to show up first simpler than the other one.

Subject: [PHP] Timing Ur pages to load
Hi ALL,
can these be done.
I got 2 frames which is calling 2 different html pages.
could we time to load the pages such that html page in frame1 gets uploaded
first and html page in frame2 gets uploaded after the first page upload is
completed.
Though sounds wierd to me,but thought of putting it.
Thanks in advance,
Milind.
