Anyone successfully built PHP against db2?

I tried to build php using the Mandrake .spec, with the addition of --
with-db2. I'd compiled db2 into /usr/BerkeleyDB.
It built ok - it picked up the DB2 (http://www.sleepycat.com) include
files, but when I tried dba_open with "db2", it said 'driver
initialization failed'.
Does anyone have any explanation as to why, or, even better, an rpm, or
instructions for php built with db2 support.
