help with apache

Where would I find help on a technical problem I am having with php4 and Apache 1.3.14. Mail lists user groups, anything would help . Just in case you are wonders here is the problems. I have just install php 4.0.3p11on my linux server. I am running apache 1.3.14 as my web server. Here is the problem. I know that my apache is running fine, but every time I try to bring up a php page my browser try's to down load the page. I have tried the script on anther server and it runs fine. I have made only one change in the apache httpd.conf file. That is to the AddType line to add php3. Any help would be appreciated Thanks PC
