This is a problem of the locale-settings in windows. Make sure you're using the correct locale.
Apparently you're using an English/US locale so an input of 1 June 2000 (1/6/2000) will be seen
as january 6 2000.
There are only 12 months, so if you input 20/06/2000 it WILL be seen as june 20th 2000.
Setup the correct locale, that's it.
regards, Tim

Onderwerp: [PHP] Access Date question!!!
Hello,
Sorry for bringing a off topic question here.
Did any one here used Access as the back end for their database? If so, did they
had any problems with dates?
I am facing a serious problem:
When I try to insert a date into a access date field (it is defined as short date
as in the regional setting in the control panel - Windows), it is behaving very
strangely. When I insert a date 01/06/2000 (dd/MM/yyyy format), it stores the date
as 06/01/2000. On the other hand, when I try to insert 20/06/2000, it stores it
correctly.
Does any once faced this problem?
Thanks in advance.
