That last backslash needs something so PHP doesn't think it is
escaping the single quote at the end of the string. The rest should be
OK.
$uploaddir = 'C:\wamp\www\ezee\funny';
$uploaddir = 'C:\wamp\www\ezee\funny' . DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR;
etc.
