Straight off the PHP manual (http://php.net/manual/function.each.php example
2):
echo "Values submitted via POST method:<br>";
reset ($HTTP_POST_VARS);
while (list ($key, $val) = each ($HTTP_POST_VARS)) {
echo "$key => $val<br>";
}
