self.location.replace( "/path/to/url/url_to_use.php" );
</script>
This will replace the current page (with the CC details on it) with the new
page in the history array of the browser.
I think this is cross-browser compatible, but you would need to check to be
sure.
Alternatively you could do the following
<script language="javascript">
name_of_your_form.reset;
</script>
in the <head> of your document with the credit card form on it.
