Hi,
I am trying to upload files to my apache server using php.
Here is the code from my php form.
<INPUT TYPE="hidden" name="MAX_FILE_SIZE" value="2000">
<INPUT TYPE="FILE" NAME="ImageFile" VALUE="">
The form submits, but then I cannot find the file that I sent anywhere on my
server.
When I use the phpinfo() function to see what the php environment is set to
on my server, I notice that the field for the tmp_file_upload directory has
no value.
DIRECTIVE LOCAL VALUE MASTER VALUE
upload_max_filesize 2M 2M
upload_tmp_dir no value no value
user_dir no value no value
My question is if the upload_tmp_dir directive is set to "no value" as in my
servers case, where do the files go when they are uploaded? Do they go
anywhere? Is there some way for me to specify where the files will go to?
I am on a shared server, and don't know if they will set the value for
upload_tmp_dir.
Thanks in advance,
Shawn :)
