Hi List, I'm trying to create a php finance form where the user can input
fields like principal, rate of interest, number of years, etc. and display a
html table like below:
At 10% Principal Increase p/a
At 15% Interest p/a
Year Yearly Principal End of Year Value (USD)
2001 $1,800.00 $2,070.00
2002 $1,980.00 $4,657.50
2003 $2,178.00 $7,860.83
2004 $2,395.80 $11,795.12
2005 $2,635.38 $16,595.07
2006 $2,898.92 $22,418.09
2007 $3,188.81 $29,447.94
2008 $3,507.69 $37,898.97
2009 $3,858.46 $48,021.04
2010 $4,244.31 $60,105.15
I've been scratching my head over the formulas - the curse of sleeping in
math classes =) Any tutorials on creating finance stuff like this? Thanks,
ian
