for the harddisc-system it is not relevant, if its 10 or 100 kb, thats
really not big for files.
The main problem is not the reading of the file, its the parsing.
You have 2 options:
1. take the code-parts which aren't executed in every request out and put
it into include-files. then only include them if needed.
2. get a faster cpu.
