Hi,
I'm in trouble using the filesystem function on my script (NT box + IIS4 +
PHP4) ...
Trying to create a file on my account folder with a piece of code like this:

$link=fopen("hello.txt","w+");
fclose($link);
?>
I get this error:
Warning: fopen("hello.txt","w+") - Permission denied in
D:\my_folder\test.php on line 21
Well, my question is: why php has not the permission to write on my folder
(D:\my_folder) ?
