I believe this should work:
on the old server:
mysqldump databasename table1 > table1_data.txt
mysqldump databasename table2 > table2_data.txt
mysqldump databasename tablex > tablex_data.txt
copy the above files to the new server
on the new server:
cat tablex_data.txt |mysql databasename
The above is assuming all permissions are set
correctly.
