Hi,
I have had a problem with my website. PHP has been adding a \ before all of
the quote, slash, and double qouotes to scripts that are posted. Serious
problem.
We just had the host upgrade from php3 to php4. The problem starting
corresponds to this.
I checked the magic_quotes setting in the php.ini file (I had the host email
them to me). See below. However, it seems they are turned off. See:
; Magic quotes
magic_quotes_gpc = Off ; magic quotes for incoming GET/POST/Cookie data
magic_quotes_runtime= Off ; magic quotes for runtime-generated data, e.g.
data from SQL, from exec(), etc.
magic_quotes_sybase = Off ; Use Sybase-style magic quotes (escape ' with ''
instead of \')
Anyone have a solution for me?
Thanks.
