Installing Error

Hi All, I am trying to install a new php system. I firstly try to install with gd support. but then I give up froninstalling gd support. but now again I try to configure php with this : ./configure --with-apache=/usr/local/apache_1.3.12 --with-mysql --with-xml --with-imap --enable-track-vars --with-mcrypt --with-mhash --enable-trans-id it gives me the same error: Is there any help?
