consulting company

We're looking for some consulting regarding our website. Specifically we're looking for hosting advice, but we are also interested in expert guidance on PHP, Apache, Oracle, integration, and high traffic issues. Are there any companies you recommend? For the hosting I'm looking at Exodus, XO, and Rackspace to provide both the service and the consulting. Any opinions on them? For some of the other expertise we require we might just hire someone full time, however, we're not sure exactly what we'll need. I'm especially interested in anyone who works on a PHP site that handles millions of page views and database transactions a day. Who do you recommend? What sort of hardware requirements have you discovered? ............. Jade Ohlhauser [website maestro]........... http://bandwidthplace.com
