No.
That would be a serious security flaw.
On *nix you would set a htaccess file to allow access to your web site. This
would then populate $HTTP_SERVER_VARS["remote_user"] with the username on a
successful login.
On NT I think you have to change security configs from the IIS Administrator
this works in a similar way to htaccess.
