Hello friends,
I have prepared a form like this,
Name: <input type="text" name="name" size="25"
maxlength="30"><br>
Surname: <input type="text" name="surname" size="25"
maxlength="30"><br>
insurance no:<input type="text" name="insno" size="25"
maxlength="30"><br>
and find button here
I want to enter the name and try to find surname and insurance number by
pressing the find button I want to see
surname and insurance number in input field
how can I do this

I am using oracle 8.0.5
Is it possible to call on the same form.
