You need to use double quotes (or HEREDOC) if you want PHP to replace
$variable with its value in the string:
$message="
<b> There is a text $variable trial. </b>
";
or
$message = <<<MESSAGE
<b> There is a text $variable trial. </b>
MESSAGE;
