i installed the one with the installer first but that was missing most of
the dll's that the config file mentioned. So I dumped in and downloaded the
one with the dlls I had to move them to the root of the php system or the
php would claim they were missing after i uncommented the references to
them. I even tried commenting them out again to see if that would solve the
problem but to no avail
