Not in any straightforward manner. I suppose you could NFS mount the
remote server, and set that as your upload path, but that's a messy
answer. Beyond that, you're out of luck if your large server can't do
even the most basic of CGI. You need some sort of cooperation on both
ends to do what you're after.
