Hello, I'm having some troubles with PHP...
1 - I can only compile with built-in MySQL support; if I try to do
./configure --with-mysql=/usr [or whatever else]
it always complains about missing libmysqlclient.a or .so libraries,
and actually they can be found in /usr/lib/mysql... that on a
slackware 7, on redhat it went ok. I tried with PHP 3.0.17 and
4.0.3pl1 (I need file upload, so I can't downgrade).
2 - with 3.0.17 and phpMyAdmin 2.1.0 I can't use the textarea that
lets you write SQL queries in a database (the one below the list of
tables on the right, when you click on a database on the left).
That's all for now, excuse me for the long post.
Thank you in advance.
Regards
