imagewbmp()
imagecreatefromwbmp()
The manual seems to be missing documentation for these functions
but they work like the other image*() or imagecreatefrom*() functions do.
Note: imagewbmp() crashes with PHP 4.0.3pl1 and earlier.
This is fixed in CVS and will be in PHP 4.0.4
