The page means `a page' just for the browser. From your PHP code point
of view it's just a stream to output.
You cannot say to the browser what to do w/ the page from the server,
unless you have a way to talk to it (which is not the case with HTTP.)
If you want to force the page reload from the client side, you can
try with "refresh" (http-equiv in meta) or with JavaScript/JScript.
