Content Management options

I am searching for a content management system what is written in PHP. Does anyone know if such a thing exists? the basic requirements: 1) The piece of software allows for at least 2 user groups that maintain web content. + one group maintaining the look, layout, general site navigation + one group maintaining the content of the pages 2) the content maintainers (the second group above), needs to know little HTML, but can use HTML to help them format information if they do know HTML 3) Database driven Those three things are the very basics of what we need. The following are other things we are looking for... - there is a revision control system on content and layout - a system that is able to have different looks/layouts for different areas - an "approval" system before the content is made visible to the users of the web site any other nifty and useful features is there a system out there that does this?
