Writing output to multiple tables

Hello all Does anyone know of any good online examples, or have an example themselves of how you should pull data from MySQL on a 1 record per table basis, then output a table displaying the results, then in a loop do the same for the next record in a new table and so on and so on... I have looked at devshed and a couple of other sites, can see plenty of examples of putting all data into one table. Thanks ...
