problem with php-4.0.3pl1 and apache VirtualHost

I have apache web server (apache-mod_ssl-1.3.14.2.7.1-1) and 2
VirtualHost's on it. And they work fine. Then I install php-4.0.3pl1
and VirtualHost's don't work anymore - I see same page on both
virtual hosts. php is from Troels Arvin site http://rpms.arvin.dk/php/
i586 rpm's. (Apache server is running on RedHat 6.2 kernel 2.2.14).
Apache was downloaded from mod_ssl site and compiled by myself.
