php4.x and merging graphics

All - I have two existing jpeg graphics that I want to combine on the fly with php4's image functions then display the resulting image to the user. Something like this is what I'm thinking: 1) Read in graphic1.jpg 2) Read in graphic2.jpg 3) Position graphic2.jpg on graphic1.jpg which creates $graphic3 ? 4) Output $grapic3 to the browser It's step 3 that has got me stumped. I was browsing through the image functions and don't see any obvious way to do this. (I see a copy function, but not a paste function) Any help would be great. -- Scott
