Even if you can find out their location, what to prevent them from
having a friend in the other (forbidden) location get the info for
them?
Or just telnet into a machine in the forbidden location, and then
access your site.
The only option I see is that your users must register (including their
location) and then login to access the info. Of course, the can lie
when they register.
