problems with POST and Sessions

Hey after sending data from form through POST method. data are read by PHP skript. This script produces a page with links. When I click one of these links and then BACK BUTTON i get error Warning: Page has Expired The page you requested was created using information you submitted in a form. This page is no longer available. As a security precaution, Internet Explorer does not automatically resubmit your information for you. To resubmit your information and view this Web page, click the Refresh button. in IE, simmilar in NC when i click refresh i get the php page with links how do i avoid the error message. I use sessions in PHP to send the data from the form. I'm desperate. My project shoud be finished till monday :-( thanx for aby help or experience with common problems. Marwin - cybasar@acs.sk
