OK, now that file uploads work using:
<FORM ACTION="filename" METHOD=POST>
etc.,
how do you include this as part of a larger form, where the user inputs a bunch of data, along with a file name, and sends it all with one button click?
With the ACTION parameter taken by the filename, there's nothing to allow posting a form to a specific handler.
I tried nesting the file upload form within a text input form, but that didn't work.
