How does one reply to messages on this list?

Request: Send a blank email to php-general+get-310070@lists.php.net to get a copy of this message
If I just hit 'Reply' I'll send my reply to the individual who created the message. If I hit 'Reply All' my reply will be sent to: Govinda < govinda.webdnatalk@gmail.com>, PHP-General List <php-general@lists.php.net> and the creator of the message. Neither option seems correct. What's up with that? Thanks
