Header function out of Frames

sending this again... seemed to have an 8 hour lapse on both accounts
for these lists for some reason and am not sure it made it
calling a new document with Header("Location: ./document.php"), but I
need
to have the new document escape out of the frameset if certain
conditions are met
something like html <a href=doc.url" target="_top">
Is this possible with the Header("Location: ./document.php") or are we
stuck echoing a link or using javascript.
