Click on the database name next to the [+] sign.
You'll see an area "Run SQL query/queries on database <blah>", with
a textarea box and a HTTP upload box below it.
You can either paste the .sql file's contents in here, or click the
[Browse] button, find the file on your harddisk and upload it that
way.
