Try one of these:
copy($file, "$newdir/$domain/".$file);
copy($file, $newdir."/".$domain."/".$file);
copy($file, "$newdir/$domain/$file");
The latter is probably better. I don't think you can have spaces when you
use the string concatenation operator.
