Mime Mail problem

I am hitting my head over a problem with Mime Mail...which i am hoping some kind some can help me out on please The email is sent out fine and when viewing the source, appears to be fine, however neither the body of the email, nor the attachment are showing up when I view or open the email. I have checked the headers of the email which I have copied below, and I cannot see a problem with them, perhaps someone else can please.
