Hi Jaime:

1) Go to the ODBC control panel:
Start Menu | Settings | Control Panel | ODBC
2) Click the "System DSN" tab.
3) Click Add
4) Double click "Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)"
5) In the "Data Source Name" make up a name for the database you
want to use.
6) In the "Database" section:
a) If the databaes you want to use already exists, click "Select"
and hunt it down.
b) If the database DOES NOT YET EXIST, click "Create" and follow the
instructions.
7) If that database is password protected, click the "Advanced" button
and enter the info there.
You're set to go. When connecting to this database in your PHP scripts, use
the name you made up in Step 5 as the "DSN" inside the odbc_connect()
statements.
Once you have a System DSN set up, check out my SQL Solution scripts. It
simplifies the PHP / MS Access (or any ODBC reliant database) integration
process.
