You can probably create a file name ".htaccess" in your web root and add
this to it:
php_value include_page
"./:/full/path/to/your/home/directory:/any/other/directory/you/like"
This assumes your host has enabled .htaccess -- Most ISPs do to give you
some control (like this) but some don't for performance reasons, and you
have to bug them to edit httpd.conf
