A bit off topic :/ nonetheless.... Most of the popular graphics programs (namely Adobe Photoshop) have features in them to embed invisible "watermarks", additional copyright information, and more. Try consulting your graphics editor's help for more info. If your images are _really_ worth it to you, you _could_ set up a spider (or a few) to roam the internet looking for images with your invisible watermark. Such a spider could run on its own forever (theoretically) if given a good starting point like a major search index (and I say index because the actual categorized listing of links given by the indices is very important - your spider can't really type in search phrases ;)). I think, too, that there are probably services out there to do this sort of thing. Your question about a PHP script to protect your images, however, must be answered with a "no." If the visitor can _see_ the image, the image can be stolen with a simple screenshot. All of this not-so-uplifting news can be made a little bit better in knowing that the original work _is_ automatically copyrighted upon creation; if you find it on someone else's site, they are most likely violating their host's service agreement and probably also area laws. It's always worth a shot to get in touch with an offender's host ;) Hope my rambling has pointed out something of value.
