Remove the "$" in front of fgets ... my mistake...

Their is only one line of data in the file at any given time after I
run this script it will delete the data file.
When I add $row=explode(',',$fgets($fp,4096);to the script I get a
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ()
in c:\httpd\htdocs\home\autoadd\createaccount.php on line 20
line 20 being where I add the $row=explode.
