I dunno if making your own sendmail queue is better than spewing directly at
port 25, but if you haven't already, check out Manuel Lemos' mail class that
does that.
But if by 100K you mean 100K people getting the same email, I think you are
probably still in trouble -- You probably need to find a way to integrate
PHP with a mailing list package.
PHP just isn't cut out to handle that volume of email, I don't think...
