I've had a successful installation with this shopping cart: http://fishcart.org/ I installed version two, which is just coming out of beta. It's very robust, can support multiple options (as it has on my installation), multiple languages, shipping zones, specials, and more. It's really a very good product and the developer is quite responsive to his discussion list, although I did have a few snafus. All in all I'm satisfied and do recommend it.
