I am looking for a customer file system/script that would allow me to set a
cookie on site visitors letting me know if they have registered, filled out
various forms or surveys and keep a record of it on a customer file.
The idea is that if they have not a pop up window would request the
information and then keep it in the customer file but not bug them again.
Anyone know of a downloadable PHP script that would start me out on this?
