PHP Accounting App

Does anyone know of any Open Source accounting apps written in PHP? If not I am looking to start a project with this focus, I would like to get a group of people who are interested in this and who would benefit from its creation (ie - you work for a company that is in need of a web-based accounting suite but do not want the limitations of closed source/closed license app). This is a very large undertaking and I would like to invite interested persons to contact me at stephen@opido.com This is the first step in this project, but I want to make it clear that this is not my first (nor my last) PHP project. Feel free to reply directly to the mailing list but please CC me as well since I am not an active member of this list (too much mail bogs me down). Cheers, Stephen VanDyke
