PHP MySQL class, multi databases, related tables

Could anybody recommend a PHP MySQL solution (class) for manipulating m
ultiple databases and related tables? I'd like to use something, what would
implement a sort of referential integrity (cascading deletes), table joins
and so on.
Solutions I've found so far deal with one database and unrelated tables
which is insufficient for my project. I wonder if I can find something ready
to use, or rather I'd had to code it myself.
