I'm having trouble trapping errors for file uploads
with error_reporting() set to trap all errors and warnings I still get a
Warning when a user uploads too large of a file
"Warning: Max file size exceeded - file [f_image] not saved in Unknown on
line 0"
Questions:
1 - Is this warning generated by something other than PHP?
2 - Is file size info sent before upload commences (if so, how do I find
this)?
3 - If this warning is caused by a process other than PHP, how can I control
what prints to the browser
I simply want to validate the upload size against my setting
thanks
John
