I've found only one and unfortunately i did not keep the URL for you, but
look for Manuel Lemos's PHP POP3 class. It reads emails, headers/body and
deletes emails from the server.
If you just want to reply to emails i would suggest to try other solutions.
For instance Pegasus mail (windows only) has a feature to auto-reply, add
filtered email senders to a distribution list etc.
There must be plenty other ways.
