Question: Where are file php.ini in module php compiled.

Dears, i compiled php7 to my httpd, but i used setup for target php.ini in
local instalation.
But, after instalation i don't find php.ini for this version.
I used this setup in ./confugure script:
--with-config-file-path=/usr/local/httpd-2.4.23/php but my php not
generate a file php.ini.
And in my tarbal (tgz) the of php7 i dont find the file php.ini to, where
are i get the file with php.ini template fot this version php?!
