Hi
I dont' know much about SMS. But I use http://www.mtnsms.com to send
text message to all my friends and relatives, worldwide. It's very useful
for me. But this site is been created and programmed in ASP (Active Server
Pages). So what I think is, when ASP is capable of doing such kind of
communication programming then PHP would also definitely have the capability
of doing it. I think if you start your research from mtnsms.com you can
certainly find out something very useful and interesting also.
Hope this helps.
