But I've managed to find an xampp 32 bit build with php7.3 and I have that running now on the machine, but I now need to fix the PHP code to work with 7.3:(Can't you just replace the PHP 7.3 files by the corresponding PHP 7.2.22 files? They both use the same VC euntime.
