The WCAG 2.1 guidelines (https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/ ) are what you probably want to look at. AA
compliance there aligns best with the various legal requirements in different countries. You'll
also find that making those changes makes your app more usable for everyone, not just people with
disabilities.
